not much

Just ignore the wisps of hair that decided to stick up for the photo. Actually, it was intentional. Yeah, I like that look...totally. It was a very lazy day today so there isn't much to say. Not that I ever write long essays about what's happening in my life or anything.

Dress (actually a nightgown) - Owl Talk; secondhand

hey guys! it christmas time!

Well, it was. Christmas is never a huge affair here at home but I sure do enjoy watching A Charlie Brown Christmas.

not much

At some point I will post the obligatory style inspiration post. You know the one with a polyvore set, photos from editorials in foreign magazines, street style photos, and photos of stylish bloggers. Yeah, that kind of post. But, today all I have to offer is an outfit post.

well look at that!

I apologize for not posting in the last few days but I went home for the Thanksgiving break and my room was a mess so I didn't feel up to taking photos there. However, I do have photos of some past outfits and things I've tried on at stores on my phone. I'll be uploading that bunch of photos very soon. As for today, I offer you a video (yes, a video!) of what I wore today. Please try to ignore the vacant expression that I have taken in the video. I swear I am much happier than I appear!
I was trying to show you my watch so that is the reason why I kept fidgeting with the computer and moving my wrist towards the camera. Too bad the glare just wouldn't go away.
As for the outfit details, everything was thrifted.
Well, everything except for the tights, which I don't think you can see in the video actually.

dress up

two post in one day! i don't feel like doing my readings so i tried on two of my dresses for fun.
bewbz, or a detail shot of the neckline

Both dresses are second hand.
The first one is from Goodwill.
The second one is from a "vintage" store in Big Bear called Scubies,
which was also a frozen yogurt place.
So it's obviously no longer Halloween but why do I look like an undertaker in this outfit?

All thrifted except for socks which were originally tights from Rite Aid

I'm pretty proud of myself right now because I made a wonderful dinner. This fantastic dinner (so humble, I know) consisted of shrimp tacos and guacamole lettuce wraps. Soooo good. I'm rather fond of shrimp so you can only imagine how content I was after eating this meal. The only thing that made it better was having vegan banana zucchini bread and a cold glass of milk afterwards. As for my outfit, it is nothing much. I just wanted to be comfortable today because I was going to spend the better part of it, six and a half hours to be exact, in the library doing research.
